There is a fair possibility that there may have been an error along the process and therefore the transaction itself just simply did not go through. In such instances, if you have used your discount code and no longer have it, we will be able to refund you 100 Club Units so you could apply it to your next purchase.
I can also see that you have created a case however it's in another language to which only our regional team is able to respond, therefore I will see what I can do possibly speed it up for you.
