Hey there @neoiq5719 , thanks very much for reaching out about this, and welcome to the forums! I understand you've purchased one of the DLCs for Anno 1800, but you've not found it to be available in-game - that's very unusual! My apologies for this, and for the slow response to your post.
If the DLC you've got is Sunken Treasures, please note that you'll need 700 artisans and to complete the Sunken Treasure expedition to find that content in-game.
Please take a look at our troubleshooting guide and our connectivity guide. In particular from those guides, please make sure you've verified the game files, you're running the game with administrator rights, you've reset your network hardware, and you don't have any unnecessary background programs interfering with the game (such as firewalls).
