Recently bought Anno 1800 and tried playing it but it is super laggy. Here are my computer specs;

First please check out this FAQ to make sure you've not missed anything listed there, since these steps generally help with the widest variety of issues.
Also, would you happen to have multiple storage drives/partitions? Because if so, please make sure that Ubisoft Connect and the game itself are installed on the same one. It's even better if you can get the game and Connect installed on the same drive/partition that Windows is installed on, but this part doesn't matter as much as the former.
If that doesn't help, can you please make sure to check the Task Manager processes and performance tabs to see if anything seems to be taking up a lot of resources?
