Before the Feb 9th update the game would start up and run with no problems. Now, the game will not start at all. I am using steam and I have tried launching the game from both the Ubisoft and Steam launchers. The game will start running but then the Ubisoft launcher will pop-up and then the game will crash before entering the application.

I'm sorry to see you're having issues running the game, is this still happening?
If so, can you please confirm your specs and any troubleshooting steps you've attempted so far?
