Hi,
I have the error code 17017. I have followed each step on the troubleshooting guide: https://www.ubisoft.com/en-au/help/connectivity-and-performance/article/troubleshooting-connectivity-issues-on-pc/000094617 

I currently use a wired connection, have performed a clean boot with all background programs turned off. I need help to perform a ping test and trace route. I need to create a ticket with the Ubisoft chat, however the chat is unavailable. How can I communicate with someone in Ubisoft so I can resolve this issue?

Is it in-game or in the Ubisoft Connect client?

May we please also know what OS you're using?
