[2020] DLC - Season Pass not accessible or downloadable

Hi there,
Love the game, but I purchased the Season Pass DLC simultaneously with the game.

Download of game was smooth, as was re-registering for UPlay. However, I am completely unable to download the Season Pass DLC, or receive an activation code.

There is no FAQ or listing within UPlay on how to address this issue. Hope this gets fixed,
