Good evening. I apologize for my English.
After your update in February, the game froze after loading the save, and then crashed to the desktop without errors. After a while, the game stopped working at all, just hangs at the connection stage.

If you suggest waiting, then, excuse me, how long? 1 hour, 2 hours?
Updated the graphics card driver-no changes.
I turned off auto-save - no changes.
Lowered the graphics settings (when the game was still running) - no changes.
I installed the game on a "clean" system - no changes.
I checked the files-no changes.
I started the game in "offline" mode-no changes.
Switched to directx11-no changes.

Solve the problem, because it starts to annoy - the product is purchased, everything worked, updated-it stopped working.

I will add the following: the computer configurations have not changed. The computer, although not top-end, but before the update, you will not believe it, the game worked perfectly, and AC: Odyssey on medium-high settings works without freezes and crashes. The DxDiag and MSINFO files were created.

I wanted to send a request. The chat is not available. The "submit my request" button is inactive after selecting the problem category.

Hello Marindos91, thanks for posting, I have moved your post to its own thread as I do not believe it is related to the FPS issue where you posted originally.

I am sorry you were unable to make a support ticket with us, have you tried our UK support website here, usually the 'Submit My Case' button should appear, alongside a text box where you can explain your issue and a button to attach save files and system files as needed - https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/Cases/New

For the various crashes and hangs you have experienced, I would suggest following each one of these steps that you have yet to follow if possible -

- Run the game as administrator via the game's .exe file using the files properties option
- Update Windows OS to latest version (Windows 10 update currently Update 2009 build 20H2)
- Install game to another Hard Drive or SSD drive preferably, if available. Also try installing the game on the same hard drive as your Windows OS.
- Verify the game files to fix any corrupt or missing files
- Disable all background software in Task Manager and try a clean boot/restart of PC
- Make sure the game is whitelisted as not a threat in your anti-virus software
- Do a System File Check (SFC) for any corrupted system files and a CHKDSK for any corrupted hard drives

This support article should explain how to perform some of these solutions -

Please let me know if you need any help with the steps above and I will happily explain further.
