[2022] Vibrant Cities not loading

hi,
i tried to submit a ticket, but the page just reloads, so i tried 'chat' and that didnt work neither, so asking here is the next best thing 🙂
i recently purchased 2 DLC's together, Vibrant Cities and Seasonal Decorations. Seasonal Decorations loaded fine but Vibrant Cities did not. I do play with mods so i disabled the mods and started a new game, but Vibrant Cities still did not load, i get no option to select it like with other DLC's.
i did try to submit a ticket, but the page just reloads, so i tried 'chat' and that didnt work neither
please can you help me fix this.

Hey there @P0PPYTAT

Sorry about the delay in response here! If you are still unable to access the cosmetic DLCs that you were missing, you might still need to open a support ticket for this issue, as this may require a full review of the content activation on your account, but there are a few steps you can try first.

  1. Make sure the DLCs are installed correctly.
  2. Do a full reinstall of Ubisoft Connect.
  3. Reinstall the game as well.
