I would also like to report the negative influence drop. I do not have any mods on my game, I have been playing the game for days and was just starting to get a few engineers, then with the update my 300 influence went down to -98. I have tried restarting the game, and reloading to the game previous to the high life and selecting "don't apply to game" and it still gave me the negative influence. I went back over a day on the same game and it was the same negative result.
I could open a game that i had only just started on the campaign and not install the High Life and the influence was not affected. I did not try any older bigger game saves as i didn't want to loose the influence with them. I did try rebooting the game and also the machine and that did not affect it.
