After playing Anno for 2 years, I did install it on a new PC via ubisoft conncect. Everthings looks fine, expect that season 1 is not working. I should put in a code to activate, but the code I have leads to an error message that this code is already used with this account. I also see all DLC bought in ubisoft connect.

What is the solution?

I understand you've not been able to get the game started up. You mentioned you've got a code there - did you get that code from within Ubisoft Connect? If not, we've got a support article here describing where to find activation codes.

If you are unable to get the game started up, it may be the case that the game is activated on a different Ubisoft Connect account. My recommendation is to reach out to our support specialists directly. They'll be able to help you by taking a closer look at your account to see what the issue might be.
