[2021] [Crash/Freeze]Random crash, I am not able to send a ticket

Game: Anno1800: Every 20-30 minutos the game crash without any error message. I saw in the forum that this happens to other players, I tried to remove Sync cloud save games but still crashing (I upload directx, try with dx11, etc). I have dxdiag and msinfo

I tried to send a ticket but after I choose the category the button to send the ticket dissapear and says that chat are not able at this moment try other way (but there is no other way)

Thank you for also providing the steps you've already tried

We do have some further steps I'd recommend trying such as verifying the game files, you can view the steps for this in our guide here.

I adjusted the airflow and speed of the fans based on the temperature and the crashes stopped.
