Hi community im facing the following problem. I play mainly on a desktop 1660TI 32GB RAM Ryzen3600. It runs smooth. I've been out of my house for a week and played in my laptop. Game update prompted but i ignored it. This caused savegames in laptop not to upload to cloud.
When i returned home i tried launching game and of course i didnt see any of the laptop savegames. I also updated the game, and nvidia drivers. I cant remember exactly but i think i was able to load a savegame that was a week old (from before switching to play in laptop). After that i updated drivers and i was not able to load any game anymore without getting directx error on "set sail" button appearance.
In the meantime i transferred a savegame from laptop to dektop with a usb stick. This wouldnt load, and old desktop savegames wouldnt load either.
What i did next was update game in laptops and synched savegames (correctly transfered to desktop) and delete all savegames transfered by usd stick. Still getting directx crash error.
I think that either the game update or the driver update broke the game for me. The strange thing is that if i start a new scenario or sandbox from scratch i can play on desktop.
Any clues on how to solve this mess and save my savegames?
