I started a new campaign, but I am stuck on Farmers. I cannot upgrade housing, and I have no main story quests. I can not remove debris or old buildings.

Hey @Sqtgdog, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about this.
It does not look like anything similar would be reported anytime recently, therefore did you try verifying your game files to see if issue persists? Additionally, did you possibly check to see if issue persists if you were to start a new save?
