Was zoomed in doing some decorating around the Skyline tower and heard the tail end of what I can only desctibe as a private detective talking with someone about a case he worked. Like full noir style, the only thing it was missing was the jazz. I missed most of it because I had a podcast going. I am over 1k hours into this game and I have NEVER heard that before.
Looked around the internet but couldn't find anything about it. Something they added in the last update maybe? Any friendly Annoholic to the rescue?
