[2021] [Bug/Glitch]firestations stopped working in update!

MY fire stations are no longer working in the update fire says it's at max level and when a fire happens no firefighters appear! and the option to deploy just keeps saying waiting to be deployed.

Could you please confirm you're not using any mods for Anno 1800?

Please also verify the game files and check if the issue persists.
Are newly built Fire Stations also affected?

Bladexdsl: Thank you for the update and happy to hear this issue has sorted out for you at this time, however, please keep us posted if this issue occurs again.

Update: Please know that our team is currently looking into the issue with city incidents not getting addressed by your fire stations/hospitals/... is currently under investigation. Once we have further updates to share, we will let everyone know via the Anno Union.
