This is a continuation of an archived post here.

Whether we're playing a physical or digital version AC3 on the 360, Xbox One, Series S or Series X, connecting to Ubisoft servers takes multiple tries, sometimes over 10. If it is ever successful, the game freezes. According to a one person this started happening on July 1st. It is happening for people in the UK and US.

Most, if not all, of the people posting in the archived thread have contacted Ubisoft support and gone through the troubleshooting steps. I was able to get connected and play Wolfpack once during this but haven't had any luck since.
