Will all my bug reports (over 16 of them, very detailed with screenshots and videos) be visible after the forums get closed, like will the forums become "archived" but visible, or do you really expect me to take screenshots of all my bug reports and re-make them afterwards on Discord? I'm confused, how will this work out.
On the one hand you say we should grab useful information and forums will not longer be accessible, on the other hand you say important information will remain visible (if you click on the link and read further into details), so which is which? Please make sense of it because your giving contradictions.

Also I hope you will allow players to make discord forum topics for bug reports on discord so each report has its own "topic" in a sense, because if you expect players to post bug reports in one massive channel you are just going to make everything super complicated to the point where people cannot trace back any bug reports to begin with, I find this whole move to discord a bit strange since the forums right now are much better to report bugs, though its abysmal for general chit-chat due to how unfriendly the forums are, the old forums were much better.
But you can even find bug reports back by just using google, finding stuff through google doesnt even work with discord.

Maybe discord is better for general chit-chat, like a massive echo chamber where things get repeated a thousand times, but its not good to neatly organize bug reports.

Anyways, back to the first question, what will happen with all my bug reports on these forums? Do you expect me to re-do all of them on discord? Will they remain visible after forums "close"?

@IIAc3sII Hey there! Apologies for the delay in getting back to you.

Firstly, thank you for continuing to post bug reports for Anno 1800. The level of detail you provide is really impressive and extremely valuable.

With regards to those bugs you've already reported, don't worry. The last thing we want is for you to spend more time reporting a bug you've already highlighted to us. After the forums are read-only later today, our teams will be working through all of the bug reports and issues we've received and passing them to the development teams. Where more information is required, or requested by the devs, we'll reach out by creating support tickets and emailing the email address linked to the Ubisoft account you posted with. You can then respond to those support cases here by logging into your Ubisoft account:

As for future bug reports, the Discord forums are configured in a way so that you can create a thread for each issue. It's very similar to the functionality you have here. There are also chat channels for chit-chatting which we hope you'll find a little friendlier.

The Discord server has been live for over a year so you can already check us out. We're very open to feedback on the Discord server itself, so feel free to let us know what you think when you get there:
