[2023] Item "Enbesa Envoy" does not behave correctly on "Laboratory: Pigments"

The item "Enbesa Envoy" does not behave correctly on "Laboratory: Pigments". While it successfully changes the material to "Indigo Dye", it consumes 3 indigo dye instead of 1 per cycle.
Please notice, this bug is not by chance at all. ANYONE MUST encounter this bug if they ever try to use the item "Enbesa Envoy" on "Laboratory: Pigments".
