Coming from Anno 1404, it was so cool when you got all your islands set, you invaded other peoples islands with armies. I'm thinking about buying Anno 1800 now that i have more time, but i hear there is no land battles as they used to be ?
Most people i used to play with back in the day loved that aspect of the game and it baffles me how come they weren't added or why more people are not suggesting this aspect to be added as soon as possible. Do people not care about it now for some reason or what ? Attacking with ships only seems a bit boring to me.
