Me and my friend have recent purchase Anno 1800 and both of us have DLCs.
We purchased it on Uplay, however we fail to enable DLCs and it's all grey out and have error message of "this additional content is disabled in this saved game, and cannot be enabled"
If we enabled DLC when create a new game, we would eventually found DLCs is actually not enabled in game, then if we reload the save file we would found DLCs is still grey out with error message of "this additional content is enabled in this saved game, and cannot be disabled"
If we play single mode, then DLCs works fine.
Plus, we have enable auto-update in Uplay playform and verifed game interity, not sure what else could be done
