In my Current game i have a bunch of ships and ship of the line and my influence is getting low :P
and im trying to get more by building towns and cleaning my fleet
but i found somthing thats really odd
it says i got
2 Gunboat
4 Frigate
8 Ship of the line
12 Battle Cruiser
1 Monitor

But Im still at artisans only so where do i get the pull off battle cruiser and monitor in my influence ?
