Thanks for your post about this, @mauddib99 - that sounds most unfortunate, and I'll be happy to help you look into this.
As you might be aware, Anno 1800 supports cloud saves. Did you have any saves on the cloud? If so, you may be able to retrieve the profile. This support article shows how to use the cloud save function to do this.
As you might already know, we're not able to help you recover a missing or corrupted local save file, but we can certainly help you take steps to make sure this doesn't happen again. Our troubleshooting guide lists several steps we'd recommend - in particular, make sure you're running the game with admin rights, you've verified the game files, and your operating system is fully updated.
