[2020] Ships don't wait when unloading

I have commercial routes with the "Wait to Unload" flag active, but my ships are not waiting for all the goods to be unloaded.

It's a problem because my idea was to load 200 units of grog from the new world and at the same time unload 50 units of beer, and wait for it to be unloaded.

But instead my ship unloads all the beer that the port has available and does not wait for the rest.

Hello!

Apologies for not returning earlier with an update. Our team have been investigating this issue and they believe they found a fix; it will be included in a future update however I don't have a date at this time.
