[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Harbour Choice - Manual Oil Ship interregional sending

I've had a closer look and it does not appear that this has been brought up before, so with that in mind, can I ask you to clarify the following (if possible):

1. Since when did the issue start to happen?
2. Does this occur each and every time you attempt to send Oil ship manually?
3. Is there any possibility you could provide us with save file for reproduction purposes?
