hi Guys

First, great game I enjoy it immensely. I own all DCL so thats quite huge in performance, so in lowest graphic settings my game is unplayable once I get to engineers, too slow, too choppy. I am not very knowledgeable in computers so I will post my specifications and hear from you if they are too low OR I have a deeper problem with my computer (remember that I play Anno 1800 on LOWEST everything)

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4570 CPU @ 3.20GHz, 3201 MHz, 4 cur(s), 4 processeur(s) logique(s) (8 Go memory)
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 (2Go memory)

(infos are in french, hope they understandable)

Also when I want to exit game (after playing several hours), it basically freezes all and that takes up to 5 minutes to get everything working again, internet included.

Thanks for help

Hey there Salamandre12020,

Thanks for getting in touch.

Here are the system requirements for Anno 1800 -

From a glance, it might be that your set up just has enough Vram from your Graphics card to manage playing the game, but it wouldn't be ideal the further you got into the game and the more demanding assets it had to load up.

How much physical storage in GB do you have left on your hard drive? The recommended is 60GB.

Are you running any software in the background whilst playing such as overclocking software, anti-virus or game overlays?
