I noticed a bug that my ships do not pickup anything and say that I don't have enough resources to pickup, even when the depot is full. The problem was, that all my resources have been bought through the harbor city. When I started again to produce these resources on the island, the trading ship again "found" resources to pickup.

We have recently encountered a few separate issues with trade bugs using trading ships but had thought most issues have been resolved with updates.
Are you able to capture a video for us, to show us exactly what is happening, matching your description? This will allow us to pass this onto our QA team to review, along with your save file for any game bugs.
