Hello,
I'm currently in an incredibly weird situation.
I subscribed to the 7-days free trial of Uplay+ of July 26th to try out Anno 1800. I enjoyed the game very much and decided to buy the game, therefore I bought the base game on July 30th on the Epic Store to make use of a coupon I owned on there and bought the two Season Pass on the Ubisoft Store using 100 points to get a 20% discount. If I remember correctly the purchase of the two Season Pass was of around 32 with the discount.
So I bought the game and its DLCs but the trial version is still ongoing, I just kept playing using Uplay+ until today on August 3rd. Today, the free trial ended, because I bought the game and DLCs I assumed it automatically registered on my account so I went and started the launcher. As excepted Anno 1800 is there (bought on the Epic Store), so I launched the game and to my surprise, I get a message stating that I cannot launch my save due to not owning one of the DLC Sunken Treasures.
At first, I thought that maybe this DLC wasn't part of the Season Pass, I checked and it is part of the first Season Pass so I get confused. I decided to check my order history to make sure I did buy both Season Pass and not the DLC individually (even though I know I did). Now the inexplicable happens.
I have no order history available for this purchase, it's like it never happened. I check my e-mail, no confirmation e-mail regarding this purchase. I check my bank account, no purchase made (yet?) I check my launcher and my owned DLCs, the only DLC I own is the Imperial Pack?! Now that doesn't make sense.
All of this seems to make me believe the purchase of both Season Pass just never happened... But something's off. If the purchase didn't happen, how would I have access to all of the DLCs excepted Sunken Treasure when I start the game? Also, I used 100 coins to get a discount and that is confirmed when I looked into my Ubisoft Club Usage History, these 100 coins were indeed used.
I'm at loss for what in the hell happened and what I can do now. I cannot contact the support as I get an infinite loading screen at the log-in page when trying to open a case...
I need help, please.
Thank you
