When ships with a Reinforced Bulkhead and/or Captain Ibrahim travel between regions, the bonus is not consistent, but does reapply after entering the region, which makes for unpredictable hit points, that also have to regenerate.

I see there was an issue with this reported to the dev team previously that should have been resolved already but I'll let them know that this is happening now.

We're aware of the issue and the dev team have reproduced this since I raised it to them the other day, so they are looking into it.
