[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Ubisoft rewards and other cosmetics from dlcs appears unlocked but i cannot use them

Ubisoft Connects says that i have unlocked all the rewards of Anno 1800 also those rewards of the dlc like the camo skin for the battleship. But when i play the game i have not access to these rewards besides they are all unlocked.Also i cannot play as the anarchist even if i have the dlc and use any reward in my cities, pretty annoying.

I've recently bought the Anno 1800 complete edition from ubisoft connect store.
