It turns out I have two similarly named Ubisoft accounts. I purchased the Season 2 Pass and activated it/link it to an account which I logged in through my web browser, which apparantly was a second account I forgot about.
Now I have the Season 2 Pass linked to one account, and the base game to another. Any way of fixing this?
Tried to contact/help through the website but I can't seem to send them an email because it won't allow me to select Anno 1800 as a game.
