Hello,
i bought Anno 1800 on 23 december 2019 and installed it.
I can open it and choose campain or sandbox mode, but the problem is the following: after the 2-3 images while loading, the game closes and bring me back to the desktop.
My hardware is almost exactly the reccomended:
OS Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.18363 build 18363
Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-6600K
(RAM) 8,00 GB
Card name: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
DX: DirectX 11 OR 12
Ive tried all the suggestions gave me by the support:
driver update, c++, .NET, operating system, game integrity check, UPLAY UPDATE.
I also tried a clean boot in Windows.
Nothing helped, the problem remains.
Any suggestions?
