Hi, the first mistake was made by Jean La Fortune, time has passed but nothing can be bought, the time is still 00, but the items are not active, and they are all still gray.

This started after update 13

The remembers 2200 and cannot be changed to overwrite quantities. see picture,
if the grapes give a few shelves lower then the quantity can be edited

Hey @HACKER360, thanks for reaching out, welcome to forums and sorry to hear about both of the issues you ran into.

  1. In relation to Jean La Fortune, I've had a closer look however did not manage to locate any similar reports, therefore for troubleshooting purposes, can I double-check if you've tried to verify your game files? If you did yet issue persists, is there any chance you could provide us with your save file where issue is present? By default, your save files should be located in %userprofile%\Documents\Anno 1800\accounts. Once located, you can just simply upload it to any file sharing website and send the link over to us so that we could take a look at it. 
  2. As far as trading issue is concerned, I can confirm that we have received similar reports from other players and that matter is already under on-going review by our development team. As of right now, I am afraid we do not have any updates just yet, however as soon as we do, details will be posted here, in our official forums, so keep an eye!


Hey @hornbkvej481, welcome to forums and thanks for getting in touch! In relation to camera rotate issue you're having, would I be able to double-check what peripherals are you using or is it just a standard keyboard and mouse? Also, did you try updating your hardware drivers?
