Hi all. I have experienced this problem once before and after I updated GeForce drivers and verified the Anno1800 files via Ubisoft, then the problem goes away. When I start Anno1800 then no text appears at all, no user warnings nor anything within game menu. The DLC's are required to be reactivated and I cannot go any further... the cloud game that I've played for months will also open with a brand new map (totally different from the one I used to played). Should I reinstall the game or has anyone else also came across this problem?

We will do our best to help you with this, however it is something I am unfamiliar with.
Would it be possible to provide an image of what you're experiencing please?
Do you also receive any errors at any point, or not?
Let's not do a reinstallation just yet, we may be able to think of another solution
