since the update 13.0.1064331 today, the online service no longer works for me and a friend. Two days ago everything worked fine.
Online status with both of us:
Matchmaking: Not available.
NAT type: Moderat
Location is Germany

Since you've exhausted the troubleshooting in our FAQ, I'd advise that you contact our Support Team via our Support Website or Twitter, with an image of your port forwarding configuration. The ports required for Anno 1800 are located in the article here.

Instructions are specific for every router and ISP, so you may need to contact them if you need more assistance with this.
