My system:

CPU: Intel Core i9-10900K, 10x 3.70GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE RTX 3090
RAM: 64GB DDR4-3200
SSD: 1 TB + 1 TB

Playing Anno 1800 in 4K UHD 3840 x 2160 with ULTRA HIGH settings, there are only 60 FPS? WOW?! How power-hungry is this game, guys? What I have to do / to buy if I want to reach minimum 120 FPS and more - wether I have population of 100'000 or 10'000'000? Is this even possible in 2021 (this year in reality not Anno LOL) and we have to wait a few years first until there is enough CPU and GPU power on market to cope with that? Also, I would like to play in the RTX 3090 supported 8K HDR mode - but first tell me please what system in 2021 can actually manage playing Anno 1800 with what I wish for (4K above 120 FPS... and not only 60 FPS...) - same issue with Anno 2205 - but Anno 1800 is even more hungry for power...

Greetings

Hello!

Anno 1800 is relatively intensive on PC hardware; RAM especially once you have a very large civilisation.

In my experience 4K Ultra High @ 120 FPS is often not achievable for some resource-heavy games, even with the best hardware available today. This is why enthusiasts upgrade their hardware with every release, because otherwise they won't be able to keep up with the next game's requirements.

It's not achievable just yet I'm afraid! We'll just have the see what the future holds
