After most recent update, my jornaleros would not be avail to upgrade. Upon looking, as to when they are only housing 13/15, i noticed in the needs, rum was listed and happiness is where ponchos are listed. There went my missing 2 peeps to advance them. I had to stop playing there, as there is no point to continuing if i cant get past them.
