[2020] DLC - Season Pass not accessible or downloadable

Hello All

I have bought the Anno 1800 Season Pass at the Ubi Shop. Pay with Ideal. Webshop says everyting is correct and the DLC is installed.
But I cannot see it in the game. How to start the Season Pass????
