Thank you for this information pesto, I have added this issue to our Megathread under Seasonal Event Bugs for tracking purposes.

If any other players experience this issue also, please provide us a video clip by uploading one to a video hosting website such as Youtube etc, as at the moment we do require more clips and save files from affected players, to aid our current investigation, thank you.
