I recently purchased Anno 1800
But the game doesn't show up in my library but i have paid for it and money was withdrawn from my account.
Anyone that can help with this?

We've got a support article detailing the probable reasons for this, which you'll find here. As it explains, it's best to make sure you are signing into the correct account, and also try deleting Ubisoft Connect's cache.
