The tooltip for the Advanced Pier totally obscures the Pier selection interface. It should be offset to the left. I'm sure this didn't used to be a problem. You can get round it by remembering where the goods to be selected are in the matrix, but it's a real pain. I'm sure it didn't used to be like this.
