I bought Anno 1800 on 13th April 2022, but when I tried to open the game, it shows a black screen then crash to desktop.
Thank you very much if you can help me out, I can't play this game for at leat a week, I haven't been able to start it since I bought it.
My computer params are:
CPU: i7-12700KF, RTX3080, Win11 OS
I have tried some ways,but all failed:
(1)Reinstalling the game
(2)Updating windows
(3)Updating video card driver
(4)Running game as administrator
(5)Verifying game files
I have even tried some "unofficial ways", but also failed:
(1)set engin.ini DX11 -> DX12
(2)use process lasso 10.4 to make E cores of 12th gen don't work
(3)put Anno files in the trusworthy place of AV
(4)close hyperthreading
(5)set msconfig -> boot tab -> advanced options -> processor to 32(mine MAX is 20, but still useless)
(6)change the computer time before March 12th, 2021
