This issue doesn't appear to be known already so as a potential troubleshooting step, could you please try
verifying the game's files, just to ensure nothing is corrupted or missing that may be otherwise causing the game to behave as it shouldn't.
If it still then persists, could you please capture a clip of this from in-game and post it here (ideally as a link from a hosting site such as YouTube) so we can take a closer look and report it to the team?
