I started a new campaign game excluding "Land of Lion" on 6/3. I'm still learning the game so I have payed several campaign games since for me it's easier to learn the different AI's on. I was playing a game when the Tourist Season DLC became available and it triggered the NW quest before TS DLC. I accepted the Tourist Season upgrade and play it for the next 9 days.
In the new game I had built up to 750+ Artisans when I thought to myself "where is the NW quest?" I had triggered the Sunken Treasure quest so that worked. I went back to the time before I made my first Artisan and tried to get it to work. No dice. Oh I should mention I don't play the Land of Lions at this time since the quest and story line are so demanding.
So I went to another game I'd payed just before the new campaign game that I hadn't deleted as yet. I searched for the time just before the Artisan upgrade and upgraded a worker. It also failed to offer the New World quest. So then I started a sandbox game and advanced it to the Artisan level and the New World quest activated.
So I figured OK no posts on this must be a corrupted file so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Needles to say I hate the time loss.
So I started a game minus Tourist season and Land of Lions and it failed to trigger a New World quest. I've submitted a ticket and apparently no one else or at least no one else has posted my problem. Has anyone else had it happened to them?

Ryzen 2700--2gen
Radeaon 5600 XT
16 GB 3200 ram
