[2020] [Bug/Glitch][Update 9.1] ~ Shift upgrading palace parts broke

When upgrading palace parts, shift click upgrading, did upgrade all palace parts of the same type before 9.1, but now it does not.

So, a SHIFT click would upgrade all blueprinted items of the same type.

Pls fix

Would it be at all possible to capture a clip demonstrating this in-game as well as verifying your game files to see if this resolves the issue at all?
