[2022] Bought the game and it does not appear in the library

Hello @fer376 thank you for getting in touch and sorry for the delay in responding.

Usually, when a purchase is made from the Ubisoft Store it can take up to 24 hours for a game to be delivered to your launcher, or the in-game content to appear in your game.

Within this time, you will also receive >
-An email confirmation from the Ubisoft Store with a transaction number
-A purchase history will be visible to you, on the Ubisoft Store website, under 'My Orders' > https://store.ubi.com/uk/my-account#account-order-history

If any of these details can not be found, it usually means the payment did not go through and your funds will return to your bank or payment method, usually within 5 - 7 working days from when the purchase was originally attempted.
