I have a sandbox game going with 4 cities on 4 separate islands. All worker classes have been achieved and my production of needs and happiness items are flowing! My population for all 4 cities is about 30,000 each.

I went to the New World after the expedition unlocked it and spent about 15-20 minutes. When I went back to the Old World my population was down from 120,000 to 74,000. I panicked and clicked on one of my investor houses to find that some items like coffee, sewing machines etc. were not full. So I go into my warehouse to check on my stock and I'm showing at least 1000 or more of the items.

I go back into the investors house and the bars for the deficient items began to climb turning the bar from blue to green eventually. Then the population began to increase. I've found that I had to do this for each island by clicking on the warehouse and then on the houses to re-supply them. [censored]??? Why is this happening? I've never had to do this before...

Has this happened to anyone else since the update?

Hey @xanadu124 , thanks for reaching out on the forums about this unusual issue! I'll be happy to help you get this solved.

Just to make sure I understand, when you've gone back to the OId World, your population in your four cities had decreased, and you had to check your warehouse stock, and then the investors, in each of the four islands to make their populations go back up - is that correct?

Can you make sure to run through our troubleshooting guide, and in particular verify the game files? Just to rule that out, since it does fix so many issues right off the bat.

Would you be able to get a short video, or some screenshots, showing this behaviour? Just showing the population before you go to the New World, and then how it looks when you come back, and which steps you need to take to get it fixed? With this, I'll be able to report the issue to our teams to investigate further.

Let me know if I can clarify any of the steps I've mentioned, and thanks once again for posting!
