Hello,

The problem is pretty basic and yet extremely detrimental to my game experience as it made me lose 4h of playtime : I played yesterday and had autosave enabled (every 5'). All the savegames are in the folder but when I try to load the ones from yesterday I can't as the game says that "Oops ! Looks like your saved game is incompatible with your current version of the game".

I obviously did nothing to upgrade my game (I have all the previous DLC but have yet to activate them as I want to enjoy the campaign vanilla mode) so I don't understand what the problem is. To give more details about this DLC situation, all the icons of the DLC had a little bright star on the bottom right and after the update of today the DLC of The Anarchist, Botanica, Sunken Treasures and The passage don't have it anymore. All that free week pass and daily updates must have messed up something. I would then like to ask you to give me some directions as to how I can downgrade my game or upgrade those savegames.

Thank you although instead of enjoying the quiet and leisure of browsing my islands, I have to write essays because someone messed up something.

Hey there @LM10W thanks for your post about this, and my apologies for the slow response. Thanks also to @Asterix201252 for linking to that topic.

You may have already spotted it, but we've got a stickied topic about versions right now -you'll find it here. As it explains, some users are experiencing the game downgrading itself to the older version, and we're currently investigating this. In the meantime, please update your game, and then deactivate automatic updates, before restarting Ubisoft Connect.

Please let me know if this allowed you to load your save games. If not, I'll be happy to help you with some other troubleshooting steps we can try.
