Prices and sell values of individual warehouses in Anno 1800 are not consistent with Refund setting.
In most cases you get back less resources than you used to make the warehouse even with 100% refund setting. This difference is really large for new Grand warehouses (loosing around 300 resources everytime I delete fully upgraded warehouse).
But also Large warehouse gives back 20 more steel and glass than was used to build it (for cost of 30 lost wood).
