[2021] constant directX 11 -12 doesn't matter which one - crash/freeze

I am sorry to hear of your random crash and freeze issues. Has this only happened after our recent update?

If so, it may be that some of your game files were interrupted or corrupted during the download process, which can sometimes result in issues such as crashing.

Would you please try verifying your game files to see if this will fix these crashes? Verifying game files can take up to 30 minutes to complete sometimes, you can find out how to perform this check in these guides per platform >
