For the last 2 weeks when I take a photo for a quest-giver, there is a blank instead of the image. When the image should then be shown in the newspaper, again a blank space.
I have verified game files and taken out mods before re installing. I'm at a loss...

Hey there Rastfarian,

Thanks for reporting this to us!

Would you be able to give us some more detail by answering the following questions;

- Does this only occur on one particular save or have you been able to test this across others?
- Are there any screenshots showing in the My Documents folder [Documents\Anno 1800\photography]?
- Can you try running the game with Admin rights and see if this still happens?
- Are you running with any mods?

Thank you!

The very strange thing was that I had no screenshots recorded in any file for the last two weeks. So not only was the photography quests not taking the screenshot to display in the paper, an actual screenshot of my city wasn't taken either.
To answer your questions:
It seemed to happen in all saved games.
No screenshots in Anno 1800/photography.
I am now running with Admin rights.
I have nexus mods downloaded; Spice it up, Old Town, Historic Harbour, the NOM, Train station, Project distinction, Town hall monument, Harbour Ornaments, Artisan Ships, City Ornaments, Battleship, Police station, Pryphorian Ship skin, Ironclad.and of course mod loader.

Hey there,

Thanks for the update!

Glad to hear it's currently working.

If it starts happening again, please let us know! And if anything changes to those above answers and we'll take a look!
